Until my son was three we were at a well known corporate preschool. There was no warmness or comfort from the staff. They also seemed to cycle through employees quite often. My son is five and my daughter is two. They make it a point to say hi to each teacher in the morning (starting at the infants!), and although it may require a bit more time for drop off, it lets me know that the teachers make it a point to let each child feel special! |
