I attended the DaySchool for Children from 3 years old until the 5th grade and my brother attended as well. I am a 4th year, straight A, pre-med student and my brother is at Stanford University. The DaySchool changed our entire lives--truly! When being interviewed by the admissions office, I was told that I was very unusual because of my knowledge. I told them, I remember doing very complex science on a rug and it was called "play" at The DaySchool for children. They taught me to love learning, to have confidence and to love others. I learned to love art and music, math and history. I still practice the many things I learned at this school, like praying and listening to God's direction. This school rooted my brother and I in excellence, that is just being and doing our best. The director there is a most brilliant, loving and encouraging woman who believes in the ability of all people of every race, creed and ethnicity and Pastor Troy is a man of great integrity and order. There needs to be many more DaySchools across the nation to help children become their best without judgement. Thank you DaySchool leaders and staff. I am in the process of applying to medical school: John Hopkins and Northwestern. I thank Director Dorsey for pouring her love into humanity and especially brown children because all people matter.

The DaySchool is the Best Keep Secret in Delaware!!This school for kids is for families who want their kids to be very intelligent and have a good character. My 2 girls attended the school and they are absolutely brilliant, kind and caring. They have become leaders who stand out wherever they go. This is because of the work the DaySchool did with them. My oldest is currently a student at Princeton University and she told the admissions officer, it was the DaySchool that helped her. Truth!! The proof is in the pudding. All DaySchool kids are just very intelligent people. When my youngest left to go to another top private school, she was above everyone there and recently applied to all Ivy League schools. She got into 5 of them. I'm amazed. We talk about the DaySchool all the time. And the head of school is a brilliant, passionate woman who cares greatly about the well-being of children and all people. I have great respect for the leaders and this school, You all keep up the Great work you are doing!! I needed to say something because many people have received from this school and don't say it. God Bless you All!! You helped to raise my kids. We had enough brains to put them in the right place.

There is no school I have seen like the Day School for children. All of my children have gone to the school. The bottom line is this. The kids are brilliant. However they do require that you work with your kids as they give homework nightly. Parents who do there part will see a vast difference in between their kids and other kids. I would put that school up against any of the so called Best Schools in Delaware. The Day School is absolutely the Best School. They like to get kids by 3 years old because they really work on developing the brain of the child. The school is a school that also teaches good character and values. The kids learn good manners to. They read very early and learn higher level math thinking. The littlest of children have science and labs and music and art. They also take a language. My wife have found that from the first when you walk into the doors, you can sense 'real love'. These people are not kidding. They love those kids. The director is very passionate about education and the children loving others and learning to be caring people. The day school is a great place for not only the children but the parents too. The director has even helped my wife and I with our marriage. They are family people and have strong ethics and values. They believe that the children need to have strong values at their root. They help your child totally. This is what I say. If you can not be at home with your kids. Send them to the day school because they will do for your child what you would do if you could stay at home. The difference is this. They know how to do what you do not know how to do. They are EXCELLENT at their job. It should be Day Schools all over the Country. The school is rigorous and not for every child. It is also great for Christian families. The kids learn to pray to God and not in some religious way but to have a real relationship. It is all Awesome! None Like it! When my children left, it was very hard finding them a good school. They all w

The DaySchool for children is an excellent school..top notch. My child went their and begin reading by the 2nd semester of her first year. She was 3 years old. By 5 she was reading large chapter books and knew multiplication and division. She could do math quickly in her head and could read, write and speak French. She new a great deal of history and came home with science questions that I could not answer but she knew. When she left it was heard to place her because she was so smart. Also they taught my daughter good manners. She has very good social skills and a great character because of that school. Personally, I thought the customer service was great. The people there are very caring. The director has a true passion for educating kids and making sure they have values that they live out. Also they are very giving and loving people. I don't know a school like the DaySchool. It is also very clean and pretty, rather elegant for a school. The kids are neat, orderly, very focused and taught to be kind. A child can go to the 6th grade their. Some parents say if you stay to long your child will be over educated, if that is possible.

The day school for children is a beautiful place. Inside is pleasant, neat, clean and you can feel there is peace and blessings in the air but their customer service it is absolutely ridiculous. I have left several messages and no one has returned my calls. I have stop by to speak to the owners who handle and accepted my child in their school and each time I went they were unavailable in fact I left a few messages with the staff so they can return my calls and no one ever took the time to call me back. I personally met with the owners and they were the most honest and understanding couple I've met but as I stated before the staff members customer service skills and etiquette needs lots of improvement. I believe they never communicated any of my concerns or passed on any of my messages to the owners I am very disappointed in the turnaround of this matter.
