Review:
Red Robin daycare lacks professionalism and the ability to prioritize the responsibilities related to running an in home daycare. The daycare provider openly admitted that she remains too busy with her schooling to take time out to communicate with parents the care being provided to their children and any situations that arise. The provider puts herself and her schooling priorities before the children she is paid to care for. Running a daycare business is the wrong business to put yourself first, the children should always take priority at all times. The provider is also incredibly unprofessional. On our last day working with her, the provider shouted incredibly offensive and demeaning comments about my toddlers, in front of them as well as the rest of the children within her care. Not only was it unprofessional but completely inappropriate for the children. I was disgusted by the disgraceful way the provider spoke to the children and the lack of affection she showed.
