Review:
The Learning Center for Rapides Parish is actually not a child care provider. The Learning Center is the first consortium of colleges and universities of its kind in the state of Louisiana. Between 10 and 13 institutions offer college classes in our facility each semester. Offerings include developmental programs and certificate programs, as well as two-year, four-year and graduate degrees.
