| I checked out all of the local daycare places in Spencer, and there was no question where my daughter was going. Little Chelsea's Learning Center had the best parking for loading and unloading, best playground, largest classrooms, most modern facility, nice staff, and had everything I could think of. Important to note: I pay via credit card, because I need the miles, and they are the only one that accepted credit card. They actually have an up to date website, with immediate contact to the teachers. I cannot think of anything they are missing. My daughter is 7 months, and will be there Kindergarten, no question!
