| Had a wonderful time working at Bunny Haven as a second adult. Erica is very experienced, attentive and caring with each of the children. She knows what "makes them tick" and plans their activities around their individual interests. She is well-versed in their ages and stages and helps families work through various developmental stages such as separation anxiety, potty training, becoming independent, etc. As a former childcare association president, she is confident that the service she provides is comparable and often superior to what is offered in the industry. Her rates are competitive. It is amazing how she gets everything done in a day from meal preparation, crafts, hikes, clean up and sanitation, teaching preschool, communication with families, meeting regulations/paperwork, singing/dancing, games, reading, computer time, and on and on. I learned so much at Bunny Haven that I will continue to use in my every day work and family life. |
