Carroll County's oldest group program - and the only non-profit - for the care & education of very young children was the first to gain State and National credentials. Today, 43 years later, it remains the most credentialed program in the County and one of the top programs in Maryland, with the most credentialed and tenured child care staff. Tuition is affordable and transportation is available. Tours are welcome.
