My daughter has gone there for two years now, and thoroughly enjoys her school.
I enjoy seeing her grow and learn, and enjoy her friends and teachers. The curriculum is faith-based, but not heavy-handed in anyway, and on Thursdays they do a "chapel time" where the kids get to learn how to sit in a chapel space, hear a story, and get awards for the week and sing songs, making it a very pleasant experience for them. As someone who is not very religious but grew up with it, I wanted my child to grow up in a church environment with its positive values, and this has fit that nicely for me. I am sure that other families who are more involved in church would find it a good fit for them as well.
I have enjoyed many teachers, but I have to add that Erin, the kindergarten teacher, is nothing short of wonderful for the kids. |
