| My kids have been going to KRC since 2005, and I have never had one complaint against the daycare. The staff and teachers are very kind and caring, and Mr. Bill does a great job running the daycare. He keeps all parents informed of what is happening and I really appreciate that. He is very concerned with the well being of all the kids in the daycare, and will personally let you know if he sees any concerns with your child. I love this daycare and highly recommend it to anyone searching for child care! |

| both of my kids have gone to Kids Are Cool and I love it there. The activities are great, the curriculum is outstanding, and the staff is precious. Mr. Bill, Ms, Debra create a wonderful, safe, happy environment where the kids are cared for, loved, and challenged. I would recommend it to anyone who asks! |

| I wouldn't have my son at any other daycare! KRC has become a part of my family. My son has been at Kids Are Cool since he was 2 years old. He had a bit of an adjustment when he first started daycare, but his teachers, (who btw still are at KRC) worked with him and cared for him and loved him until he made the adjustment. His teachers worked to find activities and things he enjoyed so that he would feel comfortable at the daycare. He loves it there now and still goes to afterschool care there and has spent a couple of weeks during the summer when I have to go back to work being a school teacher. Mr. Bill is always on site, which I love. He has high standards and enforces those high standards and it shows in the way he cares for all his kids. |

| My child has been going to Kids Are Cool for a couple years and I love them! I had some problems in the beginning when he was in the smaller children building because he had some behavior problems and I was threatened with being kicked out. I was a bit defensive I will admit and Im sure this made the manager defensive and we really didnt get anywhere. I felt that he needed to be moved up a class because he needed to be challenged more and that was the problem, she told me he was just bad and moving him wouldn't change that. I calmed down and spoke with her and told her I just wanted to find a solution that would be best for the facility as well as my son. The very next day she found a spot for him in an older class and he has been great ever since! I felt that she probably could have probably been a little nicer but I understand she was frustrated and I probably wasn't the most receptive at the intitial confrontation. With the hiccup out of the way here are some things I love about Kids Are Cool:
Love that they do a lot of activities
Love that they make little presents for parents on mothers day and such
Love all the holiday parties
Love that there is a lot of room for parent involvement
Love that the owner is always there, I have never really spoke to him other than hi but hes actively there which I appreciate.
Love the teachers in the pre school building! My son loves them too! I can't give enough praise to them because they are so great and I know I could NEVER do their job!
Love the green yellow and red faces they do so I know how my child did each day
Love the positive reinforcement for the children to earn a prize at the end of each week for his 5 green faces. My son is so proud of himself when he gets to pick something.
Overall I am very happy with this facility and I have seen some horrible day cares and this is very far from being anything close to those. Im sad to leave kids are cool next month because my son is starting in public school and |

| We love KRC!!! I am on my second child at this daycare and they are by far one of the best. My oldest could read and write before he left to start school. The school system said they could tell which kids came from KRC because they were so advanced from the other kids. I would definitely recommend this daycare. |

| My son has been going to Kids Are Cool since August of 2011. I could not be happier with the facility. Although, I do not deal with Bill on a normal basis, I do see him in the office and hall ways helping out where he can and never forgetting to say hello to all of his kids. My son, now 3 years old, will go to the daycare until the day he starts Kindergarten. I have never come across a rude teacher and will gladly recommend them to anyone in search of a daycare |

| My kids have been at KRC for about 4 years now and I cannot say enough good things about it! The director Bill is kind, concerned, and attentive. The staff is well trained, nice, caring, and good natured. The facility is clean, fun, organized, and safe. My kids have been challenged and are much more advanced than kids their age that attend other day care/preschools or have been at home. I tell every pregnant or new mom that KRC should be on the top of their list! I have never once had an issue that wasn't addressed to MY satisfaction. Kudos to Bill and his staff for running THE BEST day care in Lubbock, Texas!
