Using Piaget’s cognitive development theory all stages of growth are used to boost a child’s self image. Kaye, the owner, has over 20 years in early childhood education and loves to work with infants and toddlers. KSS has a child’s day planned from the time they arrive to the time they leave. Kaye’s Shining Stars truly believes it takes a village to raise a child and works with each parent to serve their needs.
