For nearly 4 years (since infancy), my granddaughter has been in Patty Gwinn’s daycare. She has flourished in Patty’s care. Patty provides what every parent wants for their children – love, gentle guidance, a safe setting, age-appropriate activities, and fun. The kids go out exploring every day (weather permitting) and make crafts and work on educational activities. She keeps it small so each child gets plenty of individual attention. Patty’s is the epitome of “Home” daycare – it feels like home to the kids. Patty has a quiet demeanor, the patience of Job, and is better equipped than most to deal with the diverse group of kids that come into her care. Your child couldn’t be in a safer, more caring environment – except maybe your home!

This was our first day care experience for our child and it started out fine. We used Patty for a year. We were excited that lunch was provided and that it was going to be healthy but our definitions of healthy are different. Franks and beans is not my choice food for my kid. There were not daily reports or frequent communications. The space is clean and cheerful and my child made some friends there. It's not much of a learning environment so we moved to a pre-school after a year and have found that to be a much different experience. I think Patty's is more appropriate for infants and toddlers.
