I'm a Licensed Childcare Provider with 2 helpers and with openings!

MARIA’S DAYCARE
CONTRACT

FEES:

$170 per week per child (6wks-17mo) $45 per day per child
$135 per week per child (18mo – 5yrs) $35 per day per child
$9 per hour per child


Daycare hours are 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Mon.-Fri. care outside these hours will be charged at a rate of $5 per 15 minutes unless prior arrangements has been made.

PAID HOLIDAYS:
Memorial day, Independence day, Labor day, Thanksgiving & day after, Christmas eve & Christmas day, New Years day.

VACATIONS:
When I take vacation you will not be charged unless a substitute is provided. I will provide at least 2 weeks notice prior to my vacation time.

ILLNESS:
You will still be charged if your child is sick.

PERSONAL PAID DAYS:
5 per year. Such as Jury Duty, illness and Personal business days. I will give as much notice as possible before taking days off. When possible I’ll have a substitute.
