Welcome to Sunny Smiles, a Christian-based, academic-bound, in-home daycare that guarantees a safe environment where your child is encouraged to grow and shine. Sunny Smiles is owned and operated by an educated and experienced mother and caregiver, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and a Master of Social Work degree. Our staff understands the needs of children, infancy through school-age. In having the privilege of caring for your child, we promise:

To provide a safe, pet-free, smoke-free, loving atmosphere, where children are free to express themselves, learn from others, and grow as a developing child.

To nurture your child’s development in a child-centered setting, meaning we assess where a child stands developmentally, as an individual, and then help to nurture their growth from their point of development.

To encourage your child to succeed.

To introduce your child to a multitude of diverse activities where they will build important skills and strengthen areas that may challenge them.

To teach necessary problem-solving skills that will enhance their social and emotional development as they interact with other children and adults and that will be of great value for kindergarten and beyond.

To communicate openly and honestly with parents and caregivers about the needs of their child and their daily activities.

• Hours: 7:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday
• Drop in care available as well
• Rate varies $35.00-$45.00/day based on the age of the child and the amount of days enrolled per week.
• CPR certified and first aide trained
• Completed State of Michigan Childcare Licensure and Background Check
