| Hello this is Angie Kostron. No, I'm sorry if you may of taken me wrong. I remember you calling early one Saturday morning. Expecting to drop off your children with me that day. What you didn't understand was. There is a process before dropping off your children. YES I take drop in's ONLY if I have room for them. That day I didn't and I told you I was full that day. But I also said you could stop by and pick up packets if you needed to drop them off later on that afternoon or evening. I try and work with all needs for families. BUT I can't help out everyone when spots are already filled for that shift. I'm sorry if you didn't understand me or took me the wrong way. And I'm sorry there isn't other daycares in town that does what I do. My waiting list is very long. I've been doing this now for 13 years. Things take time. You can't just make a phone call and hope everything is going to go how you would like it too. All I can say is try back when you have time to come and pick up a packet first. ALL licensed daycare have rules to follow by. And that's what you also didn't understand that morning. Thanks, Angie's Giggles, Wiggles and Tickles Daycare |

| WOW!!! I know Angie very well and she isn't a bit rude or ever out of line with anyone. Yes she is licensed and has been for many years. She one of the best providers I know around here. So if you feel that she or any of her staff has treated you wrong. Maybe you was having a bad day that day. Angie has a very outgoing personality about her. She will stand up for herself as well as others that have earned her trust. So as someone that has never met her to say something about her on the internet. You're VERY mistaken. Angie is a person who would go VERY out of her way for many of people. Angie if you ever get the chance to read this. Don't let others run you down or your business. You go girl and keep up all the hard work you do for your families and kids. |

| We LOVE Angie and her husband. We have 4 kids and they've all went to her. She brings a very warm environment into her home. She welcomes you everyday and then gives the children hugs and kisses when they leave. We couldn't of asked for a better daycare for our children. Thank You |
