Smart Start Academy has a hands-on program that inspires children to learn. Safe, healthy environment and friendly, caring staff, provide a nurturing environment. LOTS of toys and educational materials. Owner/Director has BS in education, MS in school administration and 35 years of teaching experience. We use lots of hands-on activities with a full literacy program (children's favorite books used with a letter a week) to encourage emergent readking skills. Stop by and see how we make learning child's play and let the learning begin! We also offer a before/after school program for students of Pecan Grove Elementary as well as summer camp.
