Hi my name is Miss MaryAnn of Miss MaryAnn's Little Learners,

My daycare ratio is 1 adult to 6 children + I can take two school age but typically I have no school age enrolled.

My program includes an indoor play area where the children enjoy blocks, dress up, puppets, house play, and many other play time activities. The children typically lead the activities and are learning throughout the day. I read to the children and they also have their own reading time :) Outdoor playtime includes riding bikes, running, playing ball, taking walks on the property. Outside we also do science, composting, gardening, and recycling. At our home we have a love for nature and animals and the children are always safely supervised around any of our pets.

My experience includes raising my own three children who are now in their 20's. When my own children were young I ran a large family licensed child care in Hayward, CA. I went to HSU and in 2006 I received my BA in Child Development. I worked at two preschools in the area and I'm preschool director qualified. My First Aid, Pediatric CPR is current as of July 2011. Everyone in my home is fingerprinted and checked through the Department of Justice as required by licensing.

My rates have adjusted down in price as of November 2011 and I am accepting infants now:
Birth to 6 months old $50 per day
6 months to 2 year old $45 per day
2 + years olds $30 per day.
School Age $25 per day

Drop-in care available on an as needed basis as paperwork for Licensing paperwork is on file prior to care date. I do take Subsidy care children from Changing Tides. I am on the food program and provide healthy meals.

I am open M-F from 8:00 to 5:15 pm. I am very reliable and I have references. Currently, I have room for infants (6 months to 2 yrs old), preschooler, and school age.
