Affordable full time and part time 1st (6am-6pm monday through friday) and 3rd (10pm-8am) shift openings beginning February 13, 2012 for In home daycare on southeast side on quiet street off Mt. Vernon Rd near CVS (willing to work with parents on days/times on an as needed basis). 3.5 years schooling in early childhood, CPR , First aid , Blood Borne Pathogens, Mandatory Reporting, Nutrition certified, will offer structured programming for all ages. Also 4 years experience in very reputable center and other childcare settings. Smoke and animal free home. All ages and abilities welcome! *drop ins welcome for a low rate*

The entire upstairs of my home has been turned into a daycare offering the same play variety as a structured daycare. The older children (ages 1-6) have an art/educational learning area, a reading/cozy corner, an area for blocks and cars, as well as an entire room deticated to "dramatic play" with a kitchen set, tool bench, babies, dress up, and imaginex toys. They also will have a structured "circle time" utilizing a calender to help them learn numbers, days of the week, months of the year, and also using stories and songs to teach them about the seasons, colors, shapes, and so much more! In the infant area (which is completely closed off from the older children with the use of shelves and baby gates) is a calm relaxing area with age appropriate toys for their growth, offering a quiet area just for napping where they can still easily be seen.
