Description:

We are a home-based, family operated daycare that has been taking care of children for over 20 years. Kim and Cliff Braley are the owners. Kim is a Registered Nurse and Cliff is a retired Police Officer. We provide childcare for Infants through school age. We also offer a preschool program for children in the daycare that concludes with a graduation cermony prior to entering kindergarten. Ashley Braley is the preschool teacher. Healthy snacks and home-cooked breakfast and lunch are provided, with the children often particating in the cooking. We have a large fenced in playground and are located on a small dead-end street. Children not participating in preschool participate in circle time activities, song and dance, story time, as well as other structured activities. There is a music teacher who comes to the daycare once a week to provide musical activities with the children, including musical instruments. The children help plant and take care of a daycare vegetable garden and flower gardens. We take several field trip adventures throughout the year, such as apple picking, nature hikes, farmers market visits, and library visits. There is a structured summer program for the school age children that includes theme based weeks with field trips.
