Skagit Valley Family YMCA Early Learning Centers (ELC's) are places where young children learn, grow and thrive. Kids in our programs gain knowledge, character development, guidance and encouragement that help them develop and realize their potential. Washington YMCA ELC offers part-time and full-time care for children ages 1 month through 6 years of age. We are open 6am-6pm (Infant care 7:15-5:30) Monday- Friday, year round. We are conveniently located on the Washington Elementary School campus.
