Description:

I have been a licensed child care provider since 1986 for both large and small home daycares. I currently am licensed for a small family home daycare. I have had experience with allergies and asthma. I have maintained my CPR/First Aid certifications through the years. I specialize in Pre-school ages with a typical days' schedule including free play indoors and outdoors, a preschool program, games, crafts, and nap time. Hot, healthy meals are served. At the appropriate time, I work with parents to potty train. Discipline can be intervention, loss of privileges, or time out (1 minute for each year of age), always with a one on one talk with the child on appropriate behavior. I encourage children to be responsible and respectful. I strive to make my daycare feel like a home away from home.
