I am writing this because I wish I had seen an honest review on BRLC West mifflin when looking. We had few issues in 2 1/2 years until the end. You won't see any dings from the state on this place. They know how to look perfect when necessary. The director and owner are very unprofessional and gossip or post about other parents. Several staff constantly on phones. Director's elementary age child carrying around infants. Some kids being told police will take them to jail if they don't listen and parents confirming this. Kids having accidents because unable to come inside for bathroom at times. A mom had issues with them not helping clean up a childs accident- by law apparently they don't have to, but it's disgraceful how the situation was handled- having the child put her own poop in a bag with wipes and sending it home. Several rave reviews were asked to be put up but rest assured this one is honest. Parents be careful which facility you pick because you won't always know what's going on behind closed doors.
