Heather Birkett's In-home Daycare provides 1st shift child-care in Clinton, Iowa for children ages 3 months old and up. Per Iowa state regulations, Heather's In-home Daycare is allowed to care for a total of 8 children at one time. Of those, 6 can be preschool age.
